Dr. Vencil Overland, D.C. a chiropractor at Aspire Wellness Center in Bend, OR is promoting its free chiropractic service to military personnel returning from Iraq and Afghanistan.  Dr. Overland wants to augment limited medical services available to returning military service members by offering 1 month of free chiropractic treatment to any veteran returning from the Iraq or Afghanistan wars.
